What is inner bra breast lift
A breast lift with the inner bra technique is an advanced procedure designed to enhance the shape and firmness of the breasts. This technique involves creating an internal support structure using the patient’s own tissue, which acts like an "inner bra." The procedure lifts and reshapes the breasts while providing additional support, resulting in a more youthful and long-lasting contour. Our Brussels Technique is unique with its experience in using the inner bra.
Is a inner bra breast lift for me?
A breast lift might be suitable for you if you are looking to correct sagging or uneven breasts and achieve a more youthful, elevated contour. This procedure is ideal if your nipples point downward or fall below the breast crease, or if you have stretched skin and enlarged areolas. After pregnancy, this is a common procedure.

The inner bra is powerful to maintain a longer lasting result and prevent re-sagging of breast tissue.
During the procedure
During a breast lift, incisions are made based on the chosen technique, usually around the areola, extending downward, and sometimes along the breast crease. Excess skin is removed, and the breast tissue is lifted and reshaped to improve contour and firmness. The nipple and areola are repositioned to a higher, more youthful location. If necessary, the areola size is reduced. An internal bra structure with mesh helps maintain the new breast shape and position. Finally, the incisions are closed with sutures.
